Payments should follow the agreed schedule.
Services may be paused for overdue payments.
All campaigns, designs, and content remain property of MarklenceMedia until full payment is received.
Clients may use the delivered work only for agreed purposes.
Both parties agree to keep all shared business information confidential during and after the service period.
MarklenceMedia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Campaign results depend on multiple factors; we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Either party can terminate with written notice.
Payments for completed work are still required on termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically Bangalore, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms. The latest version with the effective date will always be on our website.
